| FIRST TIME OUT? WHAT TO EXPECT
We usually warm up by throwing a disc back and forth with a partner, so ask someone around you if they're ready to play. Introduce yourself and go with the flow. If you are confused about something, just ask for help. To continue our warm-up, we usually do some simple drills. The rest of the practice involves additional drills and scrimmages. |
